      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting error messages when trying to login to my account or submit a ticket for assistance with logging into my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset my password and tried logging into my account with a private browser tab.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51911"&gt;@frombfe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sometimes you just need to wait an hour before retrying as mentioned PM's website is known to be glitchy from time to time.&amp;nbsp; At least you're doing the right thing by using private mode.&amp;nbsp; Maybe try a different browser too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
