      <description>&lt;P&gt;A few months ago, I updated my plan to the 6GB&amp;nbsp;@4G speed. My phone however still indicates a 3G speed. I want to be sure I am receiving the service I am paying for. How can I be assisted with this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229904"&gt;@kate012588&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, assuming you have your phone set to LTE preferred, the network connection would still depend on local network conditions.&amp;nbsp; Even the 3G speed plans are on the LTE network.&amp;nbsp; The only difference is that data speed is throttled to different limits for 3G vs 4G plans.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
