    <description>&lt;P&gt;More details please,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258254"&gt;@Bobbiejoe1973&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There could be a multitude of reasons why your services (full or partial) are not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most likely if it's not a new service or porting-related, it's related to payment issues on renewal or overall reception/service outages or depletion of limited services (i.e. calling/data) on certain plans.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Anything like "No SIM"?&amp;nbsp; "SIM not provisioned"?&amp;nbsp; "No Network"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have a chance to try to use your phone in a different area ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
