      <description>&lt;P&gt;the sim that I ordered and paid for on September 29, has not arrived.&amp;nbsp; When I look at the email that was sent out, they did not put my apartment number on the mailing address.&amp;nbsp; Can you rectify this and see that I get the sim that I paid for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on SIMon to submit a customer support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
