@leifvickars , yes you can. Be mindful that some toll free numbers are only valid in certain areas.

You should be able to call any toll free number based in North America unless the owner of the toll free number has put geographical restrictions on it. International toll free numbers can be called in most cases as long as you have the corresponding international long distance add on. Nearly all toll free numbers from Australia or New Zealand will not accept toll free calls from North America.
