    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258205"&gt;@Jonnigun&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, were you at least able to connect to a roaming partner network?&amp;nbsp; Talk can be a bit iffy due to 3G network shutdown.&amp;nbsp; Text should be fine as long as there is a network connection.&amp;nbsp; MMS will require roaming data to be enabled even if roaming data was not purchased.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
