      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am going to travel between Oct 24 to December 3 and I will not be able to use my mobile services with public mobile. Can I suspend my account during this period? What other options do I have to avoid being charged during this period.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/215925"&gt;@Maryandfary&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if you don't have any amount as Available Fund in My Account, then&amp;nbsp; just login to My Account, disable Pre-authorized payments.&amp;nbsp; PM won't charge you further at the end of this cycle and your account will then be suspended&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you are back in Dec 3, just login to My Account and reactivate the plan by making a payment manually&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything on the account remains the same. So yes, you would pay the same plan amount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
