      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I upgrade to a 4G plan? I am currently paying $25.00 per month and I have a $4.00 monthly reward ($2.00 AutoPay and $2.00 Loyalty). What do I need to do? 3G is way too slow!!! I sign into my account, however I see no option to upgrade! It is all very frustrating not being able to talk to someone directly!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
