To replace your Sim card you would swap it out in your self serve account. But if you activated the Sim card with a plan and new account you cannot do that. You would need to purchase a new Sim card again. They are 2 for $10 online at pm. Use your new plan while you await shipping of two new Sim cards.....the heir and a spare!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
