Maybe it is on your cellphone settings. You can change the data usage settings. Change it to how much GB you have. Mine is set for 8 gb so when I reach 7 gb it warns me. I had it set at 2 gb before and I was getting the warning but still had tons of GB left

@Grace_L

With this new PM site, you might be reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date

An easy way is to click the Spinner on the bottom right of the section to force a refresh.

If you don't see an updated usage still, try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome. You should then see the latest usage from the server. Check again that way to confirm if you really have used 75% of the data

Hello,

My plan renewed on Oct 08. Yesterday I already got a message that I used 75% of data. That’s quite impossible that I consumed that much data just in a few days. I work from home use home Wi-Fi most of the time. And I logged in my account today, it shows that I only use 263 mb out of 1000mb.

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode. The numbers should update.
