My visa debit worked and then stops working? There’s no new information on the card that would require a stoppage. This has happened before. I updated the card information and submitted it, it worked for a few days and stopped again.

Try entirely removing the card.

Log out of self serve.

Clear system cache and cookies.

Open incognito tab.

Setup autopay again using the same card.

There isn't any way for a customer to do that from inside Self Serve.
