But this is a bit late in the evening, they might not reply until tomorrow morning.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest if you don't receive any reply in your Community account tomorrow, message them again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258036"&gt;@ktriggs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It depends on how busy they are and what time you submitted your ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their hours are from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It probably too late and staff is off now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep your eyes on the envelope icon above for a reply tomorrow morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
