    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258107"&gt;@akeesman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you just port your number into PM not long ago?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, you can reset incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you just have problem with 2FA system text? or you have problem with incoming text from friends as well/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is just 2FA text and you just ported into PM for less than a week, it is normal.&amp;nbsp; It can take as many as 7 days for system generated text to know you changed provider and route the text properly to your new provider&lt;/P&gt;</description>
