    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does other service work, such as phone call, text?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they do, go check out the apn setting. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart/reboot the phone after anything changes would fix many issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may have luck if you can use wifi on your phone to visit &lt;A href="http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlockit/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlockit/&lt;/A&gt; and choose public mobile, this handles the apn settings for you as they may be hidden on some phones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
