Where do I find a pin #, asking *611 when, I want to make a payment over my cell.

You chose a 4 digit account PIN # at activation. Otherwise you will find it in your self serve account's profile....or rather you can reset it there. If you have been here awhile you may have received a text from pm on 611 with it on the day you activated.

You created the PIN when you activated your SIM. You can login to your account and look under Profile. There you can change it if you wish.
