    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use 611 to pay for and buy data add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try the login ids in the chatbot. Open chatbot, yes you're a customer, Sign in, use those login ids, Manage my account. Click boxes from there. You can pay and buy add-ons there as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I changed it and waited some hours to retry it but its saying the same thing!!
