I believe I do not have the right e-mail registered.

@87ben , are you able to guess what the email you used just to get into the account for now? Anyway, 611 is also available for managing the account. To change email address, you will need to use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.

If you registered your SIM with the same email address on this Community. Just click on your avatar>My Settings…it will show the email address you used.

Click Forgot Password.
