      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/257809"&gt;@joeysgirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;first,&amp;nbsp; your don't have service now, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to My Account and confirm if the account status is Suspended.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If so, there should be a button "&lt;STRONG&gt;Reactivate my plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&amp;nbsp; Click on that and follow the prompt.&amp;nbsp; You can pay by the credit card on the system manually,&amp;nbsp; or you can add card first of there is none on the system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case you have no access to My Account,&amp;nbsp; you can first try Reset Password link on the login page.&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't work, open ticket with PM support :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
