      <title>Data usage on Prince Edward Island</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am located on Prince Edward Island. I have a Public Mobile plan which includes data. Since Fiona, I can’t access / use this data. Are others having problems with there data usage on the Island or elsewhere?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
