&lt;P&gt;You only get to attempted entries of the pm voucher PIN code before you have to wait one full hour before trying again. How many times did you attempt to enter voucher codes? Because you can get locked out similar to a credit card with a fraud lock. Hopefully you do not exceed five or six times? If not wait the one full hour try again.&lt;/P&gt;
