      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/257734"&gt;@Jacq1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Do you have service with your phone or are just seeing a "suspended" notice in your self serve account which appears on renewal days and can be ignored if service is not impacted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, perhaps autopay didn't work (occasionally happens, unfortunately), then see if there's a Reactivate option in self serve (use incognito/private mode to login) and click that option a couple of times to push the payment through.&amp;nbsp; Or purchase a voucher from Shell, SDM, London Drugs or 7/11 and load by dialing 611 on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The fine print indicates that if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds to ignore the notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
