    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/257695"&gt;@Rusty3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;do you have a Samsung phone?&amp;nbsp; Did you get this phone from US?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I saw people with this issue for phone that they got from Sprint.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Some people have to Factory reset the phone to fix it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want you to reset the phone yet.&amp;nbsp; Try to first reseat the sim card, power off phone, take sim card out for a minute before putting it back and power up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next to try , try to put another active sim card from any provider into this phone and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Activation Incomplete</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I turn on my phone the following pops up:&amp;nbsp; "Registering the device with the network".&amp;nbsp; After a minute or so I get "Activation incomplete.&amp;nbsp; Internal error (407)."&amp;nbsp; The phone works fine around Toronto, but I have been out of town and it doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; How can I fix this "activation" problem?&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hit 'OK'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;It takes you back to the 'Settings' &amp;gt; 'Software update screen'. Hit 'Download and install'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;It loads for a moment, then says Your software is up to date...&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Then open that notification saying the profile didn't update.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;It loads for a minute, then says Profile updated... Hit 'OK'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;It loads again for another minute and says something similarly. Hit 'OK'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
