Hello,

My aunt is also with Public Mobile and she lost her Public Mobile SIM card while travelling in Europe. What would be the process in this case? She really needs to keep the same cell phone #

hi go to the nearest telus or koodo store to buy a new one that is the quickest way,then go ito your self serve account go to quick links and change sim number there that way you can keep your number

Follow @Outdoorsman advice.

Make sure you let them know the SIM was lost so they don't try to upsell you another mobile plan. Might take a few stores to find a willing sales agent to sell you one.

@kaiakrol1188 if there is no Telus or Koodo stores around that carry the sim card, just order from Amazon:

Do not order from Public Mobile online, it takes long for them to deliver
