      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/257668"&gt;@bperry50&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Unregistered SIM should be an issue with sim card provisioning.&amp;nbsp; Did you try your sim card on your wife phone to see if it has the same error?&amp;nbsp; if so, just open ticket with PM Support.&amp;nbsp; It is an easy fix on their side, just need to engage them with a ticket:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
