But PM has been giving the 250 MB to $15 plan with or without Autopay enabled. So, it was never 250Mb + 250Mb for 500Mb total, instead, it is always 0Mb + 250Mb

It deppends what plan you are using. If you are using the 15$ one, at first it said you got 500mb but when i stared using it i think they changed it to 250mb.

When did you sign up? A while ago some people noticed the wording on the $15 plan seemed to say that one could get 250 + 250. It never really was but I think they were able to argue for it. But it sounds like you're on the $15 plan and that you're getting the right amount of data. How did you get this offer you mention?

If you are on $15 plan it was always 250MB. Wording for plan was not that clear and people though they were getting 250+250 but it was always 250MB.

Did you Ever had 500MB? Do you have any proof of that? What plan you have?

When i started with pm we were looking at the 15$ plan and it said 100mins of calling unlimited international text and 500mb of data. But when i registered 2 days later it said that there was no data included with the plan

But when i registered 2 days later it said that there was no data included with the plan

There were some hiccups in the wording, I recall, @xavier_27 .

So, if the wording said 500mb (250+25), I think customers has some 'legs to stand on' to request the plan as it was stated/published on the site.
Here is the question...do you have a screenshot of this? If so, you may have a case, if you submit a ticket to CSA with the picture.

Worth a shot, otherwise, you are getting what everyone else is getting in this in-market $15 plan.

Lol..

So it was mentioned in the community to take the screenshot and submit a ticket to csa with that. Public boo boo, but in that case, I feel they should honour it as the customer activated based on that 'agreement'.
