Whenever he receive a text message his reply would go to the second line because it was not sync to the times of the replies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just adjust the clock on your phone but let us know what make and model of your phone so we can help further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did anymore notice that our cell phone time is about 2 minutes faster than the standard? I believe it is caused by the server. It is not a big deal. But sometimes it is not convenient. I hope PM can do a calibration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/76366"&gt;@Maggie1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It likely it is your device issue.&amp;nbsp; Cellular network time is very accurate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot the phone first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still not working, go into your time setting, disable sync with network time first.&amp;nbsp; Manually set to another time, then go back and re-enable network time sync and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
