@sundayreader What plan are you on? If on the $15 plan with 100 outgoing minutes, then perhaps you've used them up and now need to purchase add-on minutes for $5/500 mins to use until your renewal resets everything. Remaining minutes from the add-on will stay on the account until depleted as it doesn't expire.

All minutes are rounded up and retrieving voicemail will also use available minutes, so your minutes can go quickly depending upon usage.

this happens sometimes, just try reboot you phone and see if it fixes that
