You can still receive SMS texts without any US roaming add-ons and you can send MMS because you have a US roaming data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in Canada and I am on a trip to the US right now. I took a 10-day roaming package with 250 MB of data. When I try to text to confirm reservations at restaurants, for example, it says I can receive but not send texts to US numbers….I don’t recall having that issue in the past….What can I do to be able to text local numbers ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Manually connect to T-Mobile. You could try AT&amp;amp;T or even Verizon (test).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Talk is the basis of the problem. But text and data should work. Only T-Mobile, using their old 2G GSM, is available for talk now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding - did you buy the $20 roaming bundle? Or just the 250mb data add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
