      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought this sim because of rogers outage and for one month. But I noticed that I have been charged every month automatically. I want to cancel this number but enable the charge. There is no customer service number and simon is not helpful. I have not turned on the sim since that day and I am looking for refund. is there anyone who can help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/257452"&gt;@nikitabedi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Easiest way is to remove the auto pay from the account self serve site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account will go into suspend state at the end of the current paid cycle and then be canceled a couple months later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you know the 4 digit account pin, you can turn off autopay from there as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
