Hi my cellular data is not working on both Android and iPhone. What should I do?

@IssacKu Are you in Ontario? GTA area or London?

There have been couple posts about data issue in the area

But try one more thing, reboot your phone once

That really sucks because when I needed it most I got lost because I was in a different city and my data was not working

@IssacKu with such a big outage, Bell/Telus should know right a way and they likely actioning on it. Of course, it depends on the how bad the issue is , so hard to tell when

Yea I commend public mobile for the fix but are we going to be compensated for the inconvenience. Don’t mean to sound like a stickler here but got lost in a different city, had to cancel my appointment for being late and had to drive back home which is 1 hour away. 1 whole day was lost because of this outage on my only day off.

I am having this issue in Kingston. Shows 5 bars but says no data try using wifi. Annoying!

For me it worked after couple of hours. Hang in there!
