      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set my plan to change on the renewal date, which has already passed- but it is not showing up on my account when I went to check today.... do I need to re-do the process of selecting the new plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you see the change now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see the change, it likely did not take affect. Did you go from a lower cost to a higher cost plan? And are you on Autopay? Did you have enough available funds already to renew on the new amount?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
