      <description>&lt;P&gt;i did change the sim card number on the account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your help. i am not sure why it is not working does the sim number have to be facing upward or down iinto the phone ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
