I’m having trouble adding the code to give me additional data while we are dealing with service outages in PEI. Can anyone tell me how the heck I add this?

@Laura45 hi if you go into your self serve account go to plans and add ons,go to bottom of page you will see there were you can enter your code that was sent to you it will say new promotion code

@Kalista1972- Did you get the text? Do you have a phone number with an area code from the east coast? Maybe even a registered postal code from the east code (not sure if actually needed)? Try using private mode.
