@Bonrocker where you got the voucher? when you got that? vouchers from. some place need 24 hours before it can be used

amd you tried both *611 or My Account?

Not sure what your last sentence is about but you could avoid the wait time of some vouchers by contacting support and having them enter it in. If you have more than 1 12 digit sets of numbers then are you sure you used the one called PIN?
