      <title>Not receiving SMS messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! &amp;nbsp;I activated a new SIM card yesterday and my phone worked great. Today I changed the SIM card into my new iPhone 13, and now I can’t receive any SMS messages. My settings are all correct, and even Apple helpers couldn’t figure it out. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the response, all of what you mentioned has been tried but it seems to be with this new phone only. I will submit a ticket for this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
