Not receiving SMS messages

Hello! I activated a new SIM card yesterday and my phone worked great. Today I changed the SIM card into my new iPhone 13, and now I can’t receive any SMS messages. My settings are all correct, and even Apple helpers couldn’t figure it out. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the response, all of what you mentioned has been tried but it seems to be with this new phone only. I will submit a ticket for this.

Yes, it is all on. Apple even went over it all with me and it is all set up correctly.

I am sure the Apple technician checked but just wondering if your Cellular data is enabled?

If both Send as SMS and MMS Messaging are enable. You will have to wait for a CS_Agent to reply to your request by pm above.
