      <description>&lt;P&gt;So you actually purchased it for the intention of using and then you didn't use it? Or it simply didn't work and so you didn't use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, click on the chatbot link down below to find your way to submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/155982"&gt;@eone23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technically there are no refunds at public mobile you can however ask for a credit to your account. But purchasing an add-on and simply not using it is not usually a reason for a credit. You would have to give a compelling reason to ask for a credit like you could not connect to the network or you purchased it in error. If that is the case then as previously mentioned contact customer support and ask for a credit to your account. You can use the links already supplied previously in this thread.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
