    <description>&lt;P&gt;You might still be waiting for them but just to fill out the reply from RossN a little...they can set up the account and leave it in a suspended status. Then you can enter your voucher whichever way you like after that to start service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it's dumb to have to manually go through support people to do this and also that they took away the ability to set up an account yourself if you had never made an account after activating in a store. One step forward, two steps back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The whole purpose of me buying vouchers is because I DONT have a credit card to use, yet when activating there is no where to redeem the vouchers to get you started and activate said account!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I need a live agent !!!! Speaking on the phone walking me step by step . So far not pleased with public mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I activate with vouchers only??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
