Are you saying that you tried to make a payment using your credit card using Self Serve but that the attempt failed? You also have the option of purchasing a Public Mobile voucher from a store. The voucher amount can be added to your account by using Self Serve or by dialing 611.

Was there any error message? Can you share?

do you have a credit card on the system?

Alternatively, you can buy a voucher from store (better to buy from SDM or 711 or Shell or London Drug) and then load the voucher via *611 or My Account
