@alfie01201 any chance some copy error ? like 0 or O ? the referral code are never expire and same always.

Also, make sure he enter in the proper box, there are Friend Referral code and Promotion Code during activation, don't get mix up

Referral code was repeated to the guy at the kiosk and every time he entered it, it wouldn't accept it.

Click the blurb on the bottom right and create a ticket with support agents if it be added to your account manually.

They ll authorize both accounts and help you with it.

Hi @alfie01201 , please have your friend to wait 72 hours after activation, then open ticket with PM and explain the situation and they will likely apply it back without problem

Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

Type: My rewards are missing,
click on "Refer A friend",
click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

The referral codes do not expire. It's a good idea to copy and paste the code. I've always found that retailers like Walmart will help you to enter your referral codes as well so reach out to them for help of you need
