      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot receive calls from landlines. It seems that it is specifically Telus landlines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a person phones they get the message that my number is 'no longer in use'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can receive cell calls, texts and I can phone cells and all landlines - I simply do not receive calls from Telus landlines.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/209650"&gt;@BBarber&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You just joined PM?&amp;nbsp; did you port you number from another provider?&amp;nbsp; If so, how long you have ported your number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have just ported your number, it's normal that not all incoming calls will come to your new home (PM) right a way.&amp;nbsp; It usually take couple days to sort everything out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(but it is just weird that Telus landline has trouble locating you..unless you were ported from Telus or Koodo)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It seems to be Telus (though this is also the predominant landline service in our region). I ported in from Virgin Plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After you have done restart and re-seating SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try these on your velvet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn on automatic network mode selection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle between Airplane mode off/On.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still cant receive calls from Telus landlines, then CSA will be able to check it for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
