Addon data disappears far faster than original 8 gig. I bought 1 gig addon - and it only credited .5 gig

What gives? Think this has happened before. What a scam

@luckered , are you saying you bought a 1GB data add-on but was given only 500MB? There are only 2 data add-ons, 1GB and 200MB. Maybe recheck your online account using incognito mode, there might be some outdated cached information.

Use the little circular arrow at bottom of add-ons to see how much data add-on you have remaining.

I was misreading the data info. Just don’t see how I could use 1 gig in a day.

I was also trying to take advantage of a 20 gig promo but it seems to have disappeared.

@Jico the 20GB for $55 is still there

Make sure you login My Account using Incognito mode, then go to Plan & Add-ons page, click Change My Plan. Once you are there, make sure you aware the plans are now grouped by 3G Speed and 4G Speed. Click 4G Speed first, then use the yellow arrows to scroll down for the $55 plan
