I just referred a friend to enrol to public mobile and told her that we got 2 dollars off every month for setting up pre authorized payment. But she told me this reward did not show in her bill after she register.

Can anyone help ?

If you received messaging that said you would get that then contact support as that would otherwise be false advertising. But that $2/month autopay reward is no longer offered.

Hi @Hua8222 new customers joined after Jan will be on the new rewards system and they get 5% back in Public points. They can redeem for $15 bill credit once they got 15 Public points

Wrong info!

After 2022.01.25 PM switched to points and $ rewards are not available anymore. At the same time autopay reward has been discontinued.
