      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only support can remove a card. You could switch it to a finished gift card though. If you're porting out then that also closes the account. But you're right to be sure. so keep an eye out on what would have been your next renewal for any incorrect charges from here just in case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/158636"&gt;@vad1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To remove the CC, you need to submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also log into your account and disable Pre-Authorized Payment (toggle it off) but I'd still suggest to ask support to remove the card from the account just to be safe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
