If they told you to come to public mobile what did they say the issue was?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your account is still Active with Public and if you did not receive any information from your new provider about what could be delaying anything, best to check with them. As the new provider should be handling the details for the new port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
