      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open the chatbot and say yes that you're a customer and sign in with your email and password and click on manage my account and you'll find the lost/stolen button. That should suspend your account. Then call 611 to hear if it did in fact suspend the account. Please report back the results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
