Don’t know how to use promo code

Received promo code to help because of impact of Hurricane Fiona. ( 7 days no power no water no internet and still counting ) can’t redeem , say code is not valid

If there is a code required to get the promo, then login to your self serve account, click on the plans and add-on tab and at the bottom of the right column is a place enter promo codes. Give that a try.

I also received the promo code, the first time I tried to redeem it - it gave me the same error BUT I tried again and it worked. Don't lose out hope, it'll work!

Thanks, I’d done that but it said code wasn’t valid ( no typos ) but o kept trying and eventually it worked
