You have to contact the original provider who sold you the phone.

in Canada on December 1, 2017 as part of amendments to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission's Wireless Code. All new devices in Canada must be sold unlocked, and carriers must offer to unlock existing phones free-of-charge.

if you buy it after that time you need to call from where you getting your device to be unlocked for Free.

but if bring outside the country, you need to try at ebay, and not Free you have to pay for it.
