      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m sure this has been asked already but I’m on my 7th night of no power due to Hurricane Fiona. Has anyone seen an update issued from Public (or maybe through Telus?) about helping subscribers with data top-ups?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
