What is going on with your website now? I can log on and when I click payments it won't open. It's been doing that ever since you changed the website.

trying use different browser,open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie, try Login from computer

HI @baize yes, the site does have some cache issue and sometimes not rendering page properly

What browser are you using? Try to use a different browser. If you are checking on Mobile device, try to check form a computer

Clear cache, then close and relaunch the browser could also help

You have been having issues like this since July 13th, yesh @baize !

I just tried on my account and was able to open the Payments TAB without issue.

Are you able to navigate other areas without issue?
