Need help with the number that was assigned to me it seems it is not in service.

@frawlings can you at least make outgoing calls?? any error showing on the phone status on top? Sim not provisioned? No Sim? No Network?

Try reboot phone once. If you cannot even make outgoing calls, open ticket with PM support, it is likely just a sim provisioning issue and can be fixed quickly

Did you do porting of your old number?

Assigned number should be active as soon as you sign up and pay the bill.
